Making way to the new cultural route at the Council of Europe’s Training Academy for Cultural Routes
At the invitation of the European Institute of Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe the representatives of the Forum of Slavic Cultures attended a special professional training programme.
The seventh academy dedicated to certified cultural routes and candidates took place in Yuste, Spain, focusing on “Innovation and New Trends in cultural routes: (Re) Interpreting European Cultural Heritage.” The event was attended by more than 60 participants: representatives of certified cultural routes, evaluators, experts and representatives of future European cultural routes. The latter included the Forum of Slavic Cultures, which is preparing the first cultural route to be led by an operator registered in a Slavic country. The FSC is planning to submit the cultural route for evaluation to the European Institute of Cultural Routes next autumn.
