Форум слов’янських культур об’єднує і представляє слов’янські культури, науки і мистецтва, їх творчий заряд і спадщину, а також активно сприяє живому діалогу між слов’янськими культурами в міжнародній спільноті.
Неприбуткова та неурядова організація була створена у 2004 році, об’єднавши слов’яномовні країни у міжнародну організаційну структуру та слов’янську культурну спільноту.
