Annual report 2019
The Forum of Slavic Cultures has issued its Annual Report 2019. Among other contents it provides an overview of the many activities that marked our 15th anniversary in the past year.
“Some of the main impulses nerving the creativity of Slavic cultures, enhanced networking and stakeholder communication are the events that the Foundation organises throughout the year, either independently or in collaboration with partner institutions. In 2019 we organised 40 such events that attracted nearly 53,000 visitors,” reported Andreja Rihter, Director of the Forum of Slavic Cultures.
The Forum forged many new partnerships in its jubilee year, with 155 new partners joining the existing network of 1,000 partners in 55 countries. Among them are more than 560 cultural institutions.
The FSC built its visibility also through media posts in member countries and across their borders. Its media presence in 2019 increased by 127% compared to 2017.
The Annual Report 2019 was designed by Matija Kovač, and published in Slovenian and English versions.
As stressed by Dr. Rihter, the FSC continues on its way with new vigour, new partners and associates, hand in hand with the companions who have been with us since the beginning.
