The Board of the Forum of Slavic Cultures Fosters Intercultural Dialogue

Composed of the ministers of culture of FSC member countries the Board of the International Foundation Forum of Slavic Cultures met at the ceremonial session. One of the items on their agenda was the future of the FSC and the Board signed a memorandum on the strengthening of the intercultural dialogue and participation of all Slavic countries. The event took place under the auspices of Marjan Šarec, Prime Minister of the RS, while Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, sent a letter of congratulations to the FSC on its 15th anniversary.

The International Foundation Forum of Slavic Cultures marked the 15th anniversary of its operation with an open-air concert titled Slavic Rhapsody. On this occasion the Forum conferred the title of honorary ambassador and FSC ambassador charters.

FSC Returns to the Museum Festival Intermuseum as Partner

For the second consecutive year the Forum of Slavic Cultures joined the Moscow Intermuseum festival as partner. At the Živa exhibition space the FSC presented the award for the best Slavic museum and heritage site, while Dr Andreja Rihter gave a lecture on human resources in museums in the framework of the festival’s business program. She also presented Piranova – International Heritage Research Centre and participated in several expert discussions.

Forum of Slavic Cultures to Mark Its 15th Anniversary

The international foundation Forum of Slavic Cultures will mark its 15th anniversary with special events held in Slovenia and in member as well as third countries. The Forum of Slavic Cultures has evolved into a reference platform for intercultural dialogue between Slavic cultures and thus became their connecting centre in the fields of arts and culture, education, science and cultural tourism
