The expert jury of the Open House Slovenia festival recognized Hribar’s Villa Zlatica, the headquarters of the Forum of Slavic Cultures, as one of this year’s architectural achievements. Numerous visitors visited the villa free of charge.
The six member expert jury nominated the renovated Hribar’s Villa Zlatica as one of this year’s examples of outstanding architecture and landscape designs. In the framework of the 12th Open House Slovenia festival visitors thus got the opportunity to see the villa that accommodates the international foundation Forum of Slavic Cultures. “Open houses are a simple and effective concept that offers free tours of outstanding architecture and landscape projects to the general public,” say the festival organisers.
Numerous visitors, who filled all the open slots for the free visits, were taken on a tour of the villa and its garden by the renovation project manager Jerneja Batič from the City of Ljubljana, and guides of the Hribar’s Villa Zlatica Urša Šega Roženbergar and Eva Stamboldžioski.
