At the Table with  the Slavs, the world's first monograph on Slavic cuisine, presents selected and characteristic dishes from thirteen Slavic countries in one place. The first joint presentation of Slavic cuisines in the world with superb photographs and a brief introduction to the gastronomic and culinary characteristics of each country reflects the similarities and differences of Slavic culinary identity and the identity of more than 300 million Slavs in general. Each country is represented by at least three typical dishes - an appetizer, a main course and a dessert.

The book received the Gourmand World Cookbook Award.
