The European Museum Academy and the Forum of Slavic Cultures warmly invite you to the Heritage in Motion Award Ceremony, taking place on:
–       26 September 2025 at 7 pm CET – Heritage in Motion Award Ceremony, Money Museum, Budapest;
–      27 September 2025 – Workshop on emerging technologies in heritage preservation and valorisation: Museums in Digital Age: Challenges, Opportunities, and the Heritage in Motion Perspective
For those unable to attend in person, the event will be livestreamed, welcoming participants from around the world.

The 2025 edition marks the 11th year of the Heritage in Motion Award and, for the first time, it has been open to projects on a global scale. This years edition has received a very high number of eligible applications from 22 different countries.  While the Award previously focused on safeguarding and documenting European heritage, this year we proudly celebrate inspiring initiatives from across four continents – Europe, Asia, the Americas, and Oceania.
