Nagrada Heritage in Motion osnovana je 2012. godine na inicijativu Evropske muzejske akademije (EMA) i udruženja Europa Nostra. Već više od decenije ova nagrada prepoznaje najbolje i najinovativnije multimedijske i digitalne projekte na području kulturne baštine u Evropi. Prvi put je dodijeljena 2014. godine, a od 2023. projekt zajednički vode Forum slavenskih kultura i EMA.
