Amilcar Vargas is an international expert in World Heritage Management and responsible for World Heritage at Casa Batlló, Barcelona. His main task there is the implementation of the World Heritage Convention, raising awareness of the Outstanding Universal Value and pursuing the potential opportunities of Casa Batlló’s inscription on the UNESCO List.
